Halloween comes from the USA. That’s the reason why Halloween party hasn’t been organized at BVIS before. However, to be a global citizen, students need to understand more than one or two cultures (Vietnamese and British culture). And the first Halloween party was held in BVIS in 2019, and 500 tickets were sold out within five days.

Date: October 31st, 2019.

Place: British Vietnamese International School, 44 – 46 street No. 1, Binh Hung ward, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh city.

Number of guests: nearly 1000 guests.

My role:

• Execute the master plan.
• Brandstorm decoration ideas within the theme of event and branding guidelines.
• Make an action plan: format, agenda, checklist, budget & floor plan.
• Coordinate personnel for activities.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and producers who provide products and services for events.
• Coordinate and manage suppliers/vendors.
• Work with both in-house and freelance designers to produce promotion materials (video/poster/banner/photo backdrop/video) within brand guidelines.

Lễ hội Halloween bắt nguồn từ Mỹ. Đó là lý do vì sao lễ hội Halloween chưa bao giờ được tổ chức tại BVIS. Tuy nhiên, để trở thành một công dân toàn cầu, học sinh cần hiểu nhiều hơn một hoặc hai nền văn hóa (văn hóa Việt và văn hóa Anh). Và Lễ hội Halloween đầu tiên đã được tổ chức tại BVIS vào năm 2019 với 500 vé được bán sạch chỉ trong 5 ngày.

• Thực thi kế hoạch tổng.
• Lên ý tưởng trang trí phù hợp với chủ đề của sự kiện và quy chuẩn nhận diện thương hiệu của tập đoàn.
• Lên kế hoạch thực thi: format, chương trình chi tiết, tiến độ thực hiện, ngân sách và sơ đồ bố trí.
• Điều phối nhân sự các hoạt động.
